The technician will send a session invitation via email or a direct link. The client should click on that link.
If the client is directed to the website (https://rcnet.ie/support), they may be asked to enter a Session Key provided by the technician ,A small application will automatically download. The client should: Open the downloaded file.
Allow the app to run (they may need to confirm security prompts).Once the session starts, the client may be asked to: Allow screen sharing.
The technician can now view or control the client’s screen to provide support.
